Due to the nature of our digital products and services, including but not limited to custom designs, marketing campaigns, and subscriptions, all sales are final. Once a project has commenced or a product has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. - 1.2 Exceptional Cases
We understand that circumstances may arise where you might feel dissatisfied with our service. If you wish to cancel a service before the project begins, please notify us within 24 hours of payment. A full refund will be issued, minus any processing fees. Once work has started, no refund will be available. - 2. Subscription Services

Our subscription services are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. Your service will continue until the end of the current period. - 2.2 Subscription Upgrades/Downgrades
Changes to your subscription plan will take effect immediately. If you upgrade, you will be billed the difference. If you downgrade, your lower rate will be reflected in the next billing cycle, but no refunds for the difference will be provided for the current cycle. - 3. Refund Process
